I might be buying some 10mm & 12mm spacers for my car. Is this a good set-up, should I go bigger? Seems like the guy had them on his ZHP on E46Fanatics.

Does it hold it pretty steady? Looks like it's $40 for the bracket AND holder? Not bad. I think I'll order one up for my GPS. I've just been using a suction cup with gooseneck setup but never did care much for that setup and always planned on looking for something like this.
