Y'all can do what you wish. No solid plans to install at this moment. Buyer gets value either way.
I'm not going to purposely hold off on installing to save the time and force the buyer to do it. If people want to play games and wait it out, that is fine with me. I have the parts right now; if the car sells right now, the parts go with.

But attempting to buy a 135is has nothing to do with sense or need or logic. It has everything to do with WANT! So this is why this car will be sold to the right person for the right price. Ideally, it'll sell to someone who will post its future exploits with this family.

Once I was going to the country for the weekend, I saw 2 plates with ZHP on it, one with ZSP, and one with E46. That's on a 100 mi drive.
