I thought S2000's would own in the corners because of their weight. Or is it because the speeds are high enough weight doesn't become a huge factor?

waiting on some more pics from my buddy! :)
Thunderhill? I don't remember any place on that track where a hill is on your left, unless it's the back straight before or after the bridge?
It's between turn 13 and 14 right around the bridge before 14. :)

Back to the OEM M3 Strut bar. Easier for me to adjust my dampening since the CF bar gets in the way since my strut is offset and pointing towards the engine. It sure doesn't look as nice but at least it helps with preventing mushrooming and still does its job as a strut bar.
Oh yeah, that hill. So did you try your stiffer springs yet?
I love that last pic. Your car is awesome yet surrounded by rice....
there were a few non-s2000s. This was a S2000 mainly event on Sunday.
Ya kno, I understand what you're saying but that also gets lumped in with, "all BMW drivers are pricks". Ask anyone what car make has the most pricks driving them, and chances are you'll hear "BMW" a lot. Mark, Casey and I were talking about that not that long ago. Fact is, many of them are, but many of us aren't... same as Civics/Honda guys. I know you know that, but sometimes it's just good to remind us.

Car loves to be on the lift ;)
a quick glance at the last pic made me think you installed a GT Wing... lol...
I live in California where there are many clean Hondas. :)

Can you explain the structural foam injection please?
It was part of the class action lawsuit that is not longer active. The foam itself isnt expensive, however the tool to inject is.
here is a diy.

That is my next plan of attack for the 328i.
Followed with AKG 75D bushes for the subframe and the differential, OEM Z4MC STABS with AKG limiters and a 3.23 LSD.

Great pic of that S2000!
I wouldn't be surprised if I decided to put a GT wing.. :P
Everyone needs to have a German shopping cart at least once in their lifetime. Or at least pretend they're pushing one on camera. ;)

got some new springs for my coilovers :D Installed so easy along with the reinforcement plates as well.
Currently the ride height is 575mm front and 565mm rear. I will lower the front a little more to get back to the same ride height if I am not happy with the stance of the car in the daytime.
Currently the car rides very nice with the new stiffer spring rates of 448/560. The swift springs actually take the bumpers better than the eibach springs and seem to be on par with the little bumps. Larger bumpers there is a definite difference in feel. Since my tolerance is relatively high, its not too bad and on the freeway it felt great with the difference of 100lbs between front and rear vs the old 55lb difference.
I wonder what my spring rates on KW V2's are..... I sometimes feel like they can be too harsh but I think that's more the shocks. I never set the rear and left mine at default, but I put my front to soft for more city driving and to dial in more oversteer which I'm more comfortable with than understeer.
I think most of the KWs have progressive rate springs, but I don't know how much they differ between V1, V2, V3 and ClubSport.
Derbo, springs look nice. Do they have fewer or thinner coils than the Eibach/GC springs? If so that would give you a little more bump travel/compression without hitting coilbind.
Swift has less coils to give more usable stroke and provide enough distance to minimize coil binding. I noticed the car now drives like the old setup on full stiff dampening. I'm currently at 1 turn from full stiff in the front and 1.5 turns from full stiff on the rear

Not happy with my ride height and I'll play with the adjustment more. Old height was 570mm front and 565mm rear. Right now it's 580 and 565mm. Looks a little funny but I'll adjust it when the springs settle a bit. Looks like one turn down for the front and one turn up for the rear will do the trick!
Edit: fiddled with the height and ended up with 570 front and 570 rear. Now we are talking!

it's late and I ordered parts. I need to stop doing that. :X New setup for 2012!
Nice photo. Is that mini-cruise photo from Hwy 280 or skyline drive on the Peninsula? Or somewhere in Marin County?
It's the merge from highway 92 and highway 35.
