The Random E46/ZHP Question Thread

Has anyone experienced their Aux jack automatically (not on purpose) switching back to the radio? Every once in a while, the radio seems to have a mind of its own. I'll be playing Pandora, etc and all of a sudden the FM is playing.

The only thing I can think of is you might have an issue with your ABS control module or wheel speed sensors.

I would say worry about it when it "locks" in or becomes more frequent of an issue.

Thanks, Dane. Hoping they stay off for the time being, I have a road trip to ATL on Thursday so of course this would happen now. From what I've read, a lot of post suggested the speed sensors, I'll get underneath and give them a look today.

Did you hit any bumps?

Check your intake boot F connection. Lower line is the vac hose for the FPR.

Good call, I actually had all that stuff off this past weekend cleaning ICV, TB, etc. I'll check it out after work.
