Has anyone retro'd heated seats? I mean actually retrofitting the coils and baffles into non-heated seats? An inexpensive complete Imola interior just popped about 2 hours away. Manual, non-heated.

Good fit and quality? Looking to overhaul the old hoses and they are much cheaper then the OE BMW hoses

Yup, looked as good as OE to me. Changed up all 4 hoses last year along with the reservoir. I too went with Rein since the price difference was significant.

M3 seats or standard sport seats? I don't know hard it would be but I imagine it'd take some work.

They were M3, but I've talked some sense into myself. Cinnamon or bust. I love Natty Brown but I'm not giving up my bolsters.
