filled her up and drove in a spirited manner. 22.8 mpg =(
Auch.. I washed her today and fell in love with it again.
Alright, my mini spring detail went well! Just got her out in the sun for inspection since when I was done yesterday it was dark. NO MORE holograms and a good deal of swirls taken out (PO took good care of her, minimal swirls..and if any, they were VERY light) Since I'm still afraid of my PC7424, I went light with a blue pad and some mothers cleaning wax from my local store.

I'm pretty sure that's just the fronts that have the aluminum hat and are lighter. That's the way mine are at least. I checked prices at Husker BMW and it's only $772 for the set of the new version that is slotted and drilled where the old ones were just drilled.

Or better yet, $692 here......

I've never done business with them yet but their prices seem to be the best I've found.
Glad I got them when they were on clearance for around $80 each.
washed the ///M today and will be visiting my ZHP at the body shop this evening :)
I agree they are overpriced, that's the only reason I haven't bought them... and yeah, I would do them myself. Turner is selling the old version for $500/pair for the fronts

Barry, where on those sites do you see them? I can only find the regular rotors listed in the brakes section (those are only about $80 per rotor, so $320 for the set)
Search those sites by part number from Realoem.....

One nice thing about Penskeparts.com is they show the weight of everything....

It shows about a 3 lb difference for the fronts between the Perf. and plain ones but the rears only show a .15 lb diff which confirms what I was saying in my other post.
