Looking at buying a set of used carbon fiber splitters. One is perfect...the other not so much. The damaged splitter has some bumps and bruises that aren't too bad but aren't bad enough that I wouldn't put them on my car as is. How hard would it be to re finish the damaged splitter?

Found a sizable slit in the right rear tire side wall. Which means new tires (atleast rear). I did find these locally and have the guy talked down to 490. What do you guys think? Will they fit? Look like a decent winter set up while I save for new tires for summer?
