I did the same thing. I joked it was a pretty good deal and the SA thought I was serious and he went with it (which was more amusing to me).

Just sent an email to my body shop in Dorchester MA where the zhp will be undergoing its makeover. Really excited to see the end results.

The hood:
Getting painted 100% TIAG with no CF exposed at all.
Getting recessed hood pins.
Getting custom bodywork done around the headlights so the hood will now sit flush.
Getting the grill inlets enlarged to fit the oem chrome facelifted grills.

The lip:
Getting molded to the bumper and painted 100% TIAG with no CF exposed.

The trunk:
Getting painted 100% TIAG with no CF exposed.

Driver rear fender:
Getting nicks touched up from road rash.

^Gonna look gooooooood! I'm excited

Today we dropped off the X5 at the dealership. She's in low mode and can't seem to get up after having 3 of the 4 air bags in the suspension replaced in the last week, nickle and dimin' me!!!! Looks sick tho...

^ I hope you have CPO on that. There's an X5 thats in the dealer in my area CONSTANTLY with this problem, and it's been in the thousands on at least 2 occasions for her IIRC. These air ride suspensions are the reason I didn't even look at X5's when looking for my zhp.

Random;

I was looking for Golf Tee mod. They say the flap is closed under 3k RPM. I see mine open all the time? Anyone know why?
