Sorry to hear it's giving you trouble, Peter. Best of luck with the replacement. I'm sure you probably already know this, but I found it easier to replace mine by taking the old radiator down under the car rather than trying to bring it up. More clearance that way. Went in easy. Have a safe trip!

possibly - the expansion tank is less than two years old. i have a spare tank here (used - from 2012; i removed it from my car in 2014, it also has just under two years of use), so i have some spare o-rings if need be. i'm wondering if they got mis-aligned during install, but it seems odd that BOTH connections on the bottom are leaking. and it's a very minor leak, but still, a leak nonetheless.Quote:
