Need a little help!
I know many of you would love to try my Buffalo Wings but, my cooking capacity is very limited. So, I'm looking for deep fryers, the more we have the quicker the wings get cooked. With 5 or 6 fryers, I can cook 50 wings every 10 minutes and that may work.

^ I have a friend that does a wing fest every year for the superbowl. He bakes them first and then flash frys them in a fryer before tossing them around in sauce. Only issue is his wings have gotten so famous that every year he has more and more people at his party, which means he needs more fryer space. A typical house can't handle that many plugged in at once. Both of his houses that he has lived at can't handle more than one or rarely 2 fryers on a particular circuit due to the amperage they draw. When he has 2 on the same circuit he's constantly battling tripping the breakers. So unless there are multiple sockets on different circuits close by in the same area, this may be hard to accomplish... It took him almost 2.5 hours this last year to do 35 peoples orders of wings (10-15 wings a person) with this fryer situation. He had a lot of meat that didn't get cooked because of it.

But of course DW is da man, he has a generator separate of his home electrical grid so if needed the generator could power nothing but fryers -- multiple kWs, don't think you can plug in enough fryers to overpower that generator.
