Quick wash and interior cleanup.
I'm having a ridiculously busy week- no time for wax or detailing, so she's coming as is.

First oil maintenance since I've boughten it. Was a piece of cake but looks like I was running a little low on oil. Either the PO didn't put enough or I'm burning some oil ~ 1 qt low.

today i did a lot for the ZHP, or at least it feels like i did, since i spent roughly 7 hours on it lol. the order of business:
- changed the PS fluid. 2 quarts of Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF. had already put 1 quart in a few months ago. wanted to make sure all the fluid was replaced. got a little messy but not biggie...
- then came time to wash. to my knowledge the car had never been through a proper wash, so i decided to use some of the detailing products i bought from detailers domain a while ago.
- at the self car wash, did a pre-rinse to get all the bird crap and most dirt off, then pre-soak > foaming brush > rinse > soak again > high pressure soap > rinse.
- then i used the Aquartz Iron Cut. used the whole bottle, sprayed every inch of the car and wheels. rinse again.
- next i took a spin to get the wheels aired out a bit, so as i could then hit them with some Sonax. two rounds of Sonax, the second time using a Swissvax brush, then rinse.
- hand dry the entire car and wheels.
- now came time to give the ZHP first proper claying. also happened to be the first time i ever clayed an entire car. spent probably an hour getting every single square inch of the car. used some diluted cleaner in a spray bottle as clay lube. went through almost an entire bar of clay.
- another hand dry
- finally, vacuumed the interior and floor mats.
currently enjoying a beer. Brooklyn Lager to be exact. here's a couple shots of the finished product. i originally wanted to get a round of wax in, as well as use the Dr Color Chip kit to address the dozen paint chips or so all over AND the Quixx Scratch Remover to address the half dozen clear coat scratches....but i ran out of daylight, and honestly i'm freakin' exhausted! so i will do those last couple things this weekend...

Beautifully silky smooth looking ZHP, Webby. :)
I washed the ZHP in preparation for the trip down South. I even went all out for you guys; I took my wheels off and cleaned my calipers of brake dust. Every nook and cranny I was able to get with my rag. :)
