I thought those holes were special turbo intake plenums.
A quart of oil, from what Stu said after the drive Saturday my car loves oil....that little yellow light of joy!
finally washed off all the road dirt from the trip back this morning before heading off to work. Got tired of my wheels getting dirrrty....
tarnished its record.... first ticket in years.... sad start to the morning
yesterday i used the Quixx Scratch Remover to address a few scratches on the passenger side door. It works very well on smaller, shallower scratches, less so on the longer deep ones (obviously, duh). I had one long one that I worked on for quite some time and never truly got satisfied with, but on about 4-5 smaller ones it got rid of them almost completely.
I also tried to get started with the Dr ColorChip kit, but I realized that you really want to let the touch-up paint sit for a while (hour or so) in order to let it bond well to the chip. I wiped away after a few mins and it didn't seem to yield very good results. Then between the mosquitoes and heat and dwindling daylight I said screw it and called it a night. This weekend...
Replaced my center console, new suede shift boot, e-brake boot and armrest cover.
New ZHP Shift knob to replace the worn one (Already did shift knob before SIGFest though)
Car is getting oil, power steering, tranny, diff fluid replaced. AUX jack installed, and a full detail. In preperation for a big road trip this weekend. :D Steve's new Nav disc should arrive tonight or tomorrow, so I will know where the heck I am going!
I take it buying touch up paint from the dealer and going that route isnt a option?
