Picture Game Thread (#2)

I think it's moving.. It's not parked against the curb, because you can see the curb in the picture. It's also blurry, and while this could be due to a shaky hand, I think it is representative of motion because the camera did manage to catch focus in the reflected building (a shaky hand would result in no focus what so ever). I say we have a winner :)
