Damn. The wheel looks and feels so close to new it's amazing. I brushed it gently, wiped it down with a damp towel and let it dry. then I shaved it carefully with the sweater shaver... Near perfection. I love the Alcantara again.
Did a quick wash and hit it with a CG synthetic quick detailer. Still looks good from my detail 3 months ago! Very happy with the Blackfire Diamond Sealant

Was going to start my initial detail today, but with baby, everything is 10x harder. So, instead, I got her on jackstands, wheels off and cleaned. After scrubbing for about 4 hours, the wheels are as clean as I can get them, and they still look pretty rough. Someday I'll get them all refurb'd...

+1 on this suggestion. Continental DWS are also a very good choice. I'd say the best tire for the money. But for a little more money you can get the Super Sports which have even better performance.Quote:

Yeah, since I posted, I started looking some more. I didn't even realize it was an all season tire... WTF, the guys at the store were saying that its the newest Michelin, and its the HOTTEST tire out right now.....?!?!
