There used to be a one piece, but most that you will ever see are multi
The one piece was an E36 7.5x17 version (or the even older smaller sizes)

I remembered that I have an xi, and then proceeded to violate the local golf course's parking lot :innocent

Had a nice snow storm today. Tested out my new conti DWS tires. Gotta say I'm impressed. Drove without DSC with an inch of snow and handled it fine. I then went in a big empty lot to mess around... Well that was just for pure fun. I noticed after a bit the car wasn't accepting my throttle inputs and realized stabilty control was still on so I held the DSC button to turn it off. Holy crap is it much harder to control without it!
I ended up taking it out again when the snow storm was at its peak. Left the DSC on to be safe and was pleased. I definitely had to be careful but even at a dead stop pulling out of thick snow I didn't get stuck. Happy that that I know the car can handle winter great now.
Who needs AWD or fwd? I'll stick with rwd :thumbsup
After a month of the car sitting outside I decided to clean up its spot in the garage today. Unfortunately the zhp will be going back outside tomorrow as this test was to make sure the E21 fits (it's smaller than the E46, if this fits then that one surely will). Oh well... will hopefully get to work on the starter swap tomorrow

More outside shenanigans before the roads were cleared very early this morning!
Installed smoke Lamin-x on the headlights. Looks so mean. Will post pics in my project thread in a few days when it fully settles.
Halfway done with my mirror swap.

Car has been in the shop since Monday of last week :(
Car had to get bumper repainted. The paint was starting to chip, so I submitted a claim to BMWUSA and they approved it....(they better for a 2012 car with 11k miles on it).
Anyways, bodyshop got the car and found out there was never any primer underneath the bumper to begin with...kinda odd. They added, that even with their modern chemicals, they couldn't use the chemicals to re-prep the bumper for paint.
So BMW had to order another bumper to get painted...car should be ready around Tuesday or Wednesday...hopefully.
It worries me that there was no primer underneath the bumper...was it in an accident? Who knows :/
Been driving a X1 for this past week, fun car...but the 8 speed transmission is annoying.
