DDM Tunings has a lifetime Warranty on these Ultra HD bulbs. I contacted their customer service and explained that one bulb only worked for 3 days. She told me to open a warranty claim on their website and say it was damaged in shipping and request a new bulb from the Cali store rather than China. So the next day I get a reply via email saying to just take a picture of the burnt out bulb then break it and take a picture and reply to the email. Once received they will ship one from their Cali store. Ok DDM redeemed my faith in the warranty process!

Ya I was kinda surprised they didn't want the bulb back to verify its bad. So far so good.
Try to post pictures of your bulb without the shards of glass as if the bulb "broke right there". LOL

I think he was asked to break the bulb on purpose just to make sure that he was not scamming the system and getting another bulb for free.

Ridiculous. If someone was trying to scam the system, they could just take an old bulb that they have, and break it. I've got a handful.

Ya it's ridiculous and the fact the bulb only lasted 4 days. I just want a new bulb free of charge so I will break the bad bulb a send a pic, whatever. These bulbs say "Prem" on them so maybe that's another way of them verifying it's one of theirs and its indeed bad.
