Dropped the X5 2" today with Johnrando 's assist. Pretty straightforward and by the time I did the second front I was a "Texas expert". The back are ridiculously easy as you just change the ride height sensor linkage arm. That was probably 1/2 hour for both sides. Totally stoked with how it looks. Will take pics in the daylight soon.

Thoughts on which Y pipe I should get?
The first one is like $30, and the second is around $65 and claims to be a smooth transition. I want the smooth transition, yes? This is going to replace my first muffler after the cats. On the 323 it is a dual in single out muffler so a Y pipe makes sense to replace it.

William, fun working with you on your X5. Lots of washes/waxes posted recently... did mine today too before hanging with William. Johal, I don't know but let us know what you decide.

Very poor lighting in the picture but I did the interior today. I used BMW Natural Care Interior Cleaner. It was my first time using it and I would recommend it for the alcantara and plastics.

Johnrando I do believe I have seen your ZHP one December afternoon last year when I was in Hermosa beach. It was on sepulveda blvd heading towards LAX, in the tunnel. I remember it clearly. The noise from the exhaust and the ZHP badge, I was driving my sisters 325ci and thinking that my ZHP was waiting for me at the dealer and seeing that black ZHP made my smile knowing soon I would have mine..
Whoa, that's pretty cool. I def make that drive quite often. 2nd time I've been spotted before "meeting" someone on the forum. Joe (bimmeryota) saw my car down in San Diego once. William and I see each others cars but living only 10 minutes apart doesn't really count. :)
