Yep, I did a transfer like this... Not that bad of weather, but took a RHIB from one ship to another, about 10-12' swell... I also did a helo transfer too.Quote:

Agreed Devlin but as much as it sucked and "we" all had to deal with this, that particular trip cured my seasickness. After that, I never got seasick. Remind me to tell you the whole story the next time we meet up :thumbsup That was a very fun and interesting deployment for sure! As I have said, I can't imagine for the guys/gals who are on ships having to endure the full effect of a heavy sea state....I always hope they will be safe in those waters...Quote:

Picked up a used, slight broken cargo net off eBay for $7 (shipped). One of the hooks is broken so I did the "zip tie fix". Serves my purpose and the price was right.
