Yep. Plus, if I buy another car, it definitely won't be another of the same thing I already have. I'm already bored, I want something different. :)

I don't blame you there my friend, You have a hell of a lot of seat time in that e46
Based on the last two posts here, where the heck do you drive? Commute to work and back?
Between the dates of 8/14 ( mileage 251,080 ) and 8/31 (mileage 252222), you put on 1142 miles. That is a little over a 2 week period.
My commute and driving here and there averages about 350 miles per week. Sometimes more or less depending if we take the other car.
I work two blocks from home. Almost all of my mileage is just personal miles, going to friends' homes, errands, or just "want to go for a drive"
I was unemployed half the year in 2015 yet still managed to put on more miles than the national average.
I used to average 30-32k a year but it has slowed down since last year.
I also put on a lot of miles traveling to tracks or events. The reunion this year is going to be well over 1000 miles round trip.

I used to put up to 200 miles a day on my car when I was a field tech. I was doing over 30k a year. The bright side was that I accumulated so much travel expense that it paid for the car...
This happened today...thought I'd contribute to the thread.

Seems like I've been at 141k forever. I haven't driven it much this summer. I think it's spent more time in jack stands than on the road....
Thanks San, It was kind of an impulse purchase but I'm glad I got it.
Went past 130k today

Love it. There is something very refreshing about a high mile (200k+) Bimmer.
You should be close to that after this weekend, eh?
The daughter's just turned 100,000.
I got a picture of the event someplace.....
On the way home from the reunion.....

Hmm...
Mileage on 9/29 - 253,548
Mileage today - 255,899
That's a lot of mileage in just a week... :biggrin
(And yes, I killed three quarts in that time... sigh)
Not a zhp but I'm at 245k. Mine seems to be eating oil as well az.. I fear I'm going to have to fear into it sometime soon. I go through about 2 quarts an oil change.

You guys are ok. My ZHP went through a quart every 800-1500 miles. Compression tests were all within range. So you got a lucky car that's part hybrid. ;)

I've put about 10k miles on since I bought her in February. :)
I passed 108,500 on the way back. The car burned a quart every 600-900 miles.
