Hopefully this is what is wrong with my seat, and not the tensioner itself.

Yea the install sucks but it will be well worth it.
If you plan on removing the exhaust to do it. Make sure that you have heat for the nuts. Most likely you will have to heat them red hot to get them off without snapping them. Have some extra nuts and bolt just in case
Thanks for the tips. I haven't even been under the car yet to see how it is layed out. I plan to do the diff and tranny fluid tomorrow and will develop my plan of attack at that point. Extra parts is a good idea. I'd hate to have the car down for $2 worth of parts.
So I couldn't finish before the snow storm however this is what I was able to finish before the snow came. After opening everything up I found that the oil was slightly milky. The spark plugs and vcg was replaced. Also swapped out the vanos with one I had previous already replaced the seals as well. The CCV was clogged and most likely was going to give me problems in the future. I swapped out the CCV with the winter version from the previous car. Picked up a oil housing filter this morning and was going to proceed with finishing up the install and warping things up before NEMO came. However he came too quickly which brought me to the decision to throw a tarp over everything and call it a day. So far this whole job is taking me about 10 hours and looks like to be another 3 hours or so as I am still replacing a lot of stuff to make sure that any road trips coming up wouldn't leave me stranded. After all this would be a cooling system overhaul since I found that the coolant had oil in it as well.
