So is this currently the most rare modern bmw? I thought all 1 Series ActiveE were crushed or at least banned from driving?

Seen in Napa ca.

I've seen at least two of them. Why were they banned?

Well since they were all leases, maybe this one was leased late and hasn't ended yet?

Yes it is. It is a nice clean set-up. Owner is the guy that painted my zhp.
