Does the stock ZHP exhaust come with secondary cats? I remember reading that later model E46s had them, at least in the US. Not sure if that applies to the ZHP as well.

No, there's only one pair of cats (one for each bank). As far as I know, this is the case for all E46's in the US.Quote:

Yes. The regular E46 330's have a flap in the exhaust valve that opened up on higher demand to produce more noise. The ZHP mufflers don't have the flap so it's always "open" per se.Quote:
