This item should not qualify for failing a California smog inspection.

I think I am out as well. My current budget does not allow for new mods for awhile. :)

George, the group buy is open to everyone. I just need the 10 orders to start the process with Stett Performance. If there are more confirmed orders than 10...even better :thumbsup It comes down to how much you want this product in your BMW? I for one love mine so much that I got another for the time when I have to replace my current one - by that time I'm guessing this intake boot will be very difficult to source...

I've passed CA smog twice with them on. It is part of visual though so no guarantees
