just replacement bulbs with the blue colored glass...you can find yellow ones too

Actually they are steel gray. I broke the tabs off of my Imola Red caps (I'm a genius, it's confirmed). I kinda like them grey but will most likely end up painting them gloss black (my reason for removing the imola caps and breaking their tabs).

Dark grey, silver and black caps seem to be a new trend with new BMW's. I think the black would blend in with the gloss black window trim and tinted windows.

The visual aspect is exactly why I am planning to pain mine black as well.

I think blending them in is the cheapest alternative to making them look better.

No tint on mine yet (left). VA law allows for 50% front and 35% side and rear (without a medical exception). Colin (right) decided to go 35% front and I think 25% rear (whatever the next level is). I will probably do the same if/when I make the decision to tint mine. I'm on the fence, but leaning that way. I'm sure the summer heat here will sway me!
