Do you have access to the special tool used to remove the inner ball joint nut?? It's a total PITA and would actually recommend taking it to the shop if you aren't prepared.
How are you gonna get to it? Thats the real question.
Sent from my GS3.
It's basically on top of the front subframe brace. It's a PITA to get to, but is do-able with some swivel extensions. Also...don't break your HID auto level switch (front right).
DW, out of curiosity, can you get it that nut better with the airbox out from the top? I'm thinking with several extensions and maybe a wobbly, that might be easier?

Met up with JP in La Jolla and changed out the traction bar on my vert. Also picked up his Magnaflow Exhaust for my TSE3 - due to the fitment issue with aforementioned traction bar.

On the way down picked up two 135s from this guy who had a lift in his back yard. He has a CSL with an M5 engine, a couple of 2002s, and a mini-wagon.

Met up with BP later, and he hand delivered my BBK. He also got to drive Ness. What did you think BP? (Not to put you on the spot :) )
