Rhode Island is a two plate state as well but it seems that the LEOs here are more tolerant of people running on one plate. I've been running on one plate for a month now w/o any issues :)
Funny... I notice more people stare at my Imola ZHP over the TiAg ///M, but I get pulled over in the ///M if I tried to do anything regarding my license plate. I had lightly smoked license plate covers on the ///M last year and got pulled over for that and window tint (also illegal in RI). I have the same smoked license plate covers installed on the ZHP and, so far, haven't been harassed by the LEOs. Oh, the ZHP also has window tinting :)
Huh... That's weird. Maybe they just pull people over who look like they have money to pay the tickets.
