Justin, that looks like a really nice 951... one thing to keep an eye out for are the timing belt changes....got to be done every 30k miles. These timing belts are rubber, not chain. Another thing to look at is the cooling system. You have to use Phosphate-free antifreeze or the oil cooler solder will break down and oil will begin to mix with the anti-freeze....not a good thing. Good info, Charlie. The timing belt was changed at 74k miles. It's now showing 117k miles with no recent service history for that job. I might be able to skim some off the top if I can land it. But at that price it won't last. I fucking want it though.Quote:

Thanks. And I know about the bad things...I overheated my '84 944 after I lost all the coolant because the radiator had a crack in it. Warped the shit out of the head and had to have the head decked and resealed. That was a shit box of a car. Would only own 1985.5+ 944s. My mother will probably not go for this car.
