Glad the glass is covered! I need to swap my passenger side mirror as I ripped the end off that fragile thing while installing the new door. I now have the replacements mirror on hand from Tony. It's always sumpin.

Botond is taking apart his broken driver's side mirror and discovered the source of his problem.....a broken ribbon cable...

It completely snapped off....
The replacement motor and connectors are ready for install and set aside...

The connectors are a pain to remove because you need to take your time or risk ripping the ribbon cable....patience is the key here....soon we should have Botond's mirror issue resolved.

Driver's side mirror has been properly aligned and full mirror functionality has been restored to Wobz. :thumbsup
