Yep, 4 seasons that included a few driving schools at Mid-Ohio and Nelson Ledges, a few autocross's and a fun season on Middle Tennessee back roads. Total mileage 31,692.

Excellent. I have a set as auto-x only wheels. 2nd season running them and they still feel like a top, with plenty of tread left.
They were absolutely stunning on the road when I ran them for a short while off the auto-x course. Would you buy the same tires again?
My fronts still have a little left to the but I'm planning on a complete new set in the spring. For how hard I pushed these I am very satisfied with how they performed. The only thing I will note is that for the last few months I never turned off the DSC if it was moist because of its happy tail.

So at the MFEST meet I was at last night, this guy had an '01 silver 330Ci (or so he said) with a beat-up M3 bumper that was literally hanging off and about to fall, a large fold in the corner of the stock hood, no fog lights although the covers were there.......silver roundel that wasn't new, just degraded down to the, well, silver, mismatching wheels in the front and back, trunk with scratched up lip spoiler (like the ones ZHPs have), a black-and-red trunk roundel, broke & exposed passenger side mirror and mismatching stock xenon headlights.
Guy was alright....so I didn't say anything. Just pretended everything was in perfect condition and asked what his next mods were going to be, etc. But he definitely didn't know what a ZHP was. Only one dude last night knew what it was and said he wanted one originally but couldn't find one (he has an E92 328i).
After I went home last night I looked at the ZHP and said, I'm sorry you had to see that.
I'm not trying to sh*t on his ride but I swear, that car was the most neglected (but running) BMW I've ever seen in my life.
There was a photographer there with a tripod and DSLR (or whatever it's called) taking up-close shots, group shots, etc.
He didn't do any up-close shots of his. :rofl
Went to change out my ICV with a better working one, found a faulty hose clamp on my brake booster vacuum hose, and also saw that my expansion tank was leaking from the bottom connections. Now I'm on the search for o-rings to replace the old ones with. Hopefully I'll get that leak stopped. I'm not sure if I should order a new tank and tank bracket yet.

As I suspected, P0171 and P0174.
My shop noted my intake boot should be replaced. Chances are, that's what I need to do. I got it cleared, I expect it to come back again at some point. I'll get around to that soon at some point, very cheap fix. Hopefully that's all it is, and it's not DISA or my fuel pump. Easy fixes, just expensive.
Changed the engine oil on the conv plus tranny & diff fluids (5k intervals on engine, 3rd time I've done the tranny & diff, trying to follow 15K intervals), she's sitting at 44,415 mileage-wise. Decided to change the diff & tranny fluids on the coupe too, this one is sitting around 71,700 and I think it was the first time either of these fluids had been changed. Ran out of time to change power steering fluids on both, we have a Xmas party to attend tonight so I'll get to those in the next couple of days.
