Nice write up. That they are, I really like my Hankook's as well. I'm on my second pair on the rear, when I got the first set, I bought all 4. This time I went wider on the rear.

Finally got around to swapping in my new-to-me driver-side mirror motor (mine had shorted itself). Feels nice to have functioning mirrors again!
Installed new wiper motor and windshield cowling with new Bosch icons. The old linkage plastic pivot piece on the passenger side completely broke off (when PO owned it) and was never fixed. This caused the passenger wiper to essentially be pivoting on the cowling alone, making a ton of noise and stopping 4-5 inches above normal resting position.
Took me forever to get the installation piece and nut unscrewed as everything was extremely rusted and leaking into the air filter box and down the firewall. Got it all cleaned up- works as new!
Also,
Installed new side mirrors
Replaced cabin air filter
Installed Eagle Eye taillight LEDs
OEM AUX add thru glovebox with bimmian iphone mount installed
did do anything to my car. but i have 2 totaled e46s sitting at my house that i took everything off of to part out on one of them already. it's going to the junk yard today.
Thanks. Car and Driver rated them positively: http://www.caranddriver.com/comparis...mparison-tests
Picked up a 3.46 diff for the upcoming swap if it's determined the 3.64 is too much after driving it some. 3.64 6 speed would be cruising at 3300 just as a 3.07 does in a 5 speed. If the wife is ok with it, I may put the 3.46 in my 323ci

Well, as it would happen, my right rear window regulator crapped out on me yesterday afternoon. Luckily, my wife was near the dealer and picked up a replacement for me. Then, while speaking to the new owner and keeping him up to speed with the car, he mentions doing the left rear regulator as well, because it is clicking... So, I went back to the dealer and purchased another regulator.. I told him I would pay for the one that broke, but he was footing the bill for the other one.
Then this afternoon I replaced both regulators, reinitialized both windows...
Perfect......... Or so I thought...
Of course, when the bad regulator puked its guts all over the door, it dragged along the tint, so I had to run the car over to the tint shop today and have a window redone... Such a headache, and its eating into my sales money! Ah well...
Took her for a nice drive this evening, was nice to enjoy the summer weather and the windows down.
Your going to miss her Joop. :)
