Had the oil changed and a multi point inspection done at Ganley BMW, 600 miles away from home. Everything checked out good except, some seals and gaskets starting to show a little seepage.

I think I am going to have my oil service done at the BMW Dealer next time.. They are running a special for $79.99 and it includes a full inspection and top off of fluids.
It costs me close to $70 to change my oil (using OEM BMW oil).. So for $9 I think it is a bargain!
Yah, for how I'm taken care of at this dealer, it is defiantly worth the money for me. It's pretty nice when the tech recognizes you and just starts telling you what he found, talking like a friend and not a salesmen.
Being able to drool over the new M5 in the showroom is just an added Benefit.

I'm installing my new sunshade in my sunroof and it seems to be hard to move. It also doesn't get carried by the part in the sunroof. What gives?
My front passenger side window regulator is on it's last legs..
Anywhere I can get a OEM unit for cheap? My dealer hook-up brings it to around $101-ish..
which car, touring or 7er?
Touring.
Sold the 735 a few months ago. Couldn't pass up on a 2003 530i/5 one owner for only $3800 (and it had Bilsteins!) It is my Dad's DD but I love driving it, it is such an amazing highway cruiser, I can do 75 mph and enjoy 29 mpg!
EDIT:
I am shopping around online, it seems like most OEM regulator are around $120+. I guess I am getting a good deal. I reckon the shop will bill me 1 hour for labor, so another $115-125 or so for it's installation.
