I am very interested in coming to take a look at this.
Can you elaborate on the cars history and the condition of the underside? You are right on the border of what I would consider "Rust Belt" and I see the rust specs on the quarter - What is the overall underside condition of this car?
Pending some photos or info regarding this, I could potentially come your way this weekend.
Not sure if VA requires title notarization? I bought my E30 from VA but it has been a long time and I do not remember.

Welcome. VA does not require notorized title. Just signed and a bill of sale (even thought the price and vin are on the title ). You can also print a 1-way temporary registration from the DMV website (@$15-20).Quote:
