I tried to get information from the owner but I didn't get a sense he really wanted to sell it. I asked for more pictures and had some questions. He didn't answer most of the questions and sent a crappy movie of the car that forced me to turn my head sideways to view it.
The car might be great but I can't tell by the ad at all.
It's my understanding that the seller has been on the fence. I have a note into Scott.
Just talked to him... No winter package, but the car seems to be in great shape. 1 owner, all service done at the same BMW dealer, always garaged, paint is in mint condition, minor curbage on 2 wheels, alcantara wheel is showing wear (expected). Sounds good to me, minus the lack of heated seats.
If I was looking for a ZHP right now, I'd be interested in this one.
This guy is a friend of a friend (on our site). So, I'd be more likely to buy from someone like this.

He's hanging onto his for the time being; I'm sure if he found something he really wanted to get for himself he'd be ready to part with it again, but he's not actively pursuing any buyers at this time...

Hey Marcus, you can mark this sold. Just bought this today, transaction should be final on Monday. I feel pretty good about it. 75k miles, 1 owner, all service records provided from the dealer. Paint is in exceptional shape - no chips or scratches, with 1 very small door ding. Wheels have some rash, but I already have restoration for them lined up. Should be a winner!
