thanks, I can never seem to get that site to let me open the diagrams. Tried using Internet Exporler and Google chrome, no luck. any thoughts??????

It needs Java installed to work. Your browser should generate an error message but at some point you may have dismissed it on another site with the option of not notifying you again. I can confirm that it does work on IE, FF and Chrome.
