LI V7 vs blinder M25 Laser Jammer?

I'm looking at purchasing a laser jammer unit. Both are are really good deals (Blinder is $200 and LI is $300).

Opinions/Recommendations?

Local Racing Board. Some guy has the LI and a Binder Unit BNIB and he needs to move them.
