Passenger side part is not 100% perfect but will pass. Key is making the right sized template then peel off the backing and press on the part. I used my center island in my kitchen to lay the Alcantara wrap on then press on the part to be wrapped and took my time ensuring the complete part was wrapped and looked nice. It is not hard to do and ends up cleaning up the interior look in my opinion. Looking forward to seeing your projects Peter!

I installed a rear facing camera so I have front/back coverage whenever I'm out driving my car. There are too many aggressive and/or careless drivers out there these days.


Having these cameras installed and functional, I can select either for viewing from my iPhone




I'm glad I got this small project completed in my Porsche. I'm in the process of doing the same for my M3 which is next to get a rear facing camera

I have integrated wireless CarPlay on my PCCM+ touchscreen which I have come to appreciate. Having this allows me to use my WAZE app on my main screen which I prefer using when driving my car.


The device I went with was Ottocast because it has a 90 degree USB A adapter which then allows the dongle to hang closer to the head unit rather than stick straight out. I can still easily access all buttons and toggle switches with this device installed as seen. This setup works for me
