The site wouldn’t even pull up, I was getting errors. Main page wouldn’t even load and I see that pretty routinely.
Thanks for the update Dane, sorry if the posts came off bitchy but I thought the issue(s) were resolved so my apologies. Again, it’s appreciated whatever effort is being put in to remedy the problems.

Upon checking the databases, we found that one of the tables was marked as crashed. Here is a snippet for your reference:

Understand the frustration and appreciate the effort.
I've been waiting to be able to attach an image that shows the error we get when the site is not available! So just tried again here, and unfortunately this particular thread doesn't show the "Go Advanced" button (?), so that you then go to "Manage Attachments"
I do see Go Advanced in other threads though.
