Define 'rough' condition... how bad? Bent/cracked, or just curbed?

NOT bent/cracked at all. When I say "rough" I mean "cosmetic."

There's curb rash and some paint flaking. One wheel is in very bad cosmetic shape. Pics coming soon...

If anyone knows a good wheel repair guy, these are easily fixed. On the west coast, we have Son Tran. The guy is awesome when it comes to wheel repair.

Yep - take 'em! They're down to the wear bars. No doubt these can be fixed up if completely refinished. I dealt with a perfect storm of timing, procrastination, and generally wanting new wheels without the time to go get these redone _properly_.
