Selling my 2004 ZHP Sedan. Car is in excellent shape, and is hyper-maintained. I went crazy on this car, replacing nearly every potential wear item for years of trouble-free driving.
I've personally done the following maintenance items within the past 2-3000 miles. All parts are OE, and factory stock, with a couple recommended upgrades for longevity/reliability;

• New shocks & struts, new mounts and bump stops
• New Engine & transmission mounts
• New radiator, expansion tank, upper & lower radiator hoses, thermostat, Stewart High Performance Water pump, coolant hoses to/from expansion tank, and...the hard pipes under the manifold. Oof.
• New P/S hoses and resv, belts & tensioners.
• New Oil Filer Housing Gasket & oil pan gasket. Also safety wired the oil pump nut.
• New spark plugs, intake boots, intake gaskets. New Vanos pressure line, TB gasket, ICV gasket. TB,ICV & DISA cleaned & tested.
• Rear subframe pro-actively reinforced by highly regarded local shop. There was no damage or failure, this was done proactively. Rear subframe bushings replaced, rear diff bushings replaced, and rear trailing arm bushing replaced with upgraded Z4 units and Vorshlag RTAB Limiters. Rear hub bushings were replaced. One was found to be loose, so all four were replaced, with upgraded M3 parts.
• New front brake rotors and pads, rear pads & rotors are in great shape. New OE brake lines, and fluid flushed.
• Sway bar bushings front & rear replaced with OE parts, as well as sway bar end links.
• New front Bridgestone tires, rears are 50% tread.
• Fresh oil change, trans fluid and diff fluid changed. New wiper blades.

I clearly went a little overboard, but my loss is your gain. Selling to fund a real estate purchase. Car runs like new, drives like new, just passed inspection, and has no leaks, squeaks or lights on dash. You could drive this car from the Red Ball Garage to the Portifino with zero issues. IYKYK.

Asking $13,800 or best reasonable offer.
