    I picked up photography in late 2007 because I was jealous of all the rad pictures members of G35Driver had of their cars.

    I never thought I’d invest as much time and money into photography as I have today. I had trouble dropping $500 on my first DSLR. Now I find myself spending 3 times that amount on a single lens. What was I thinking?!

    It was supposed to be about the car…all I wanted was some dope pictures of my car. Little did I know. Since then I have a developed an interest in portraiture. Playing with ambient and off camera lighting has been quite a journey.

    The fun for me has been in learning how to balance the two to make them work together. I plan to always be a student of the game, always learning and trying to better myself. As the saying goes, “be content, but never satisfied.”

    One of my favorite shots Calvin has taken unknowingly captures me watching from the front row at Petco Park.


    Thats me, 4th in from the left. I heart Pswirley shirt on and camo Padres hat turned backwards. Braves won that day.
