Just a quick one here. My car had a matte grey "330i" emblem on the trunk when I got it. I thought the OE chrome would look better. I found and ordered one on amazon that was sold through south motors dealer in miami.
Few days later I get a box, that is unnecessarily large for an emblem. Turns out, it's a BMW battery charger. (Btw: I have a battery tender trickle charger I use for my motorcycle batts, the BMW is the same freaking thing, it just costs a lot more...)
I sent an email through amazon, and all I say is I got the wrong item. Next business day I get an email and a phone call - the emblem is being overnighted, a prepaid return label for the charger is in my inbox, and the original shipping charge is refunded. Can't beat that!
Just a small transaction... but that's good stuff.
