    1989 e30 sedan (cinnamon red) > (SOLD)

A short flight to Oregon and a nice drive home?

A clean car for $4500. Most around this area are 2k and in serious need of TLC.

I would love to have this to drive in addition to the ZHP. hmm... my room mate got me in the hunting mood since we are going to check out an S5 for him this weekend.

+1 on the auto. It really sucks the feel out of the older cars. If you live in area with a lot of stop and go traffic, I suppose it could be worth it especially since that is an amazingly clean E30.

One of the perks of E30 ownership is that as long as you take care of them, you'll be able to sell it in a few years for the same or more than what you payed for it. I sold an 86 325es back in 2001 and I just saw it pop up for sale locally for $200 more than I sold it to him for! I'm not sure what it sold for, but I wouldn't doubt if it was very close to what he payed me for it.

There is a very nice 325is for sale here locally (KC area) for $5k that I would buy over this one. It's black, 5 speed. The owner is selling to buy a S50-swapped E30 that popped up for sale recently. Link to 325is if anyone is interested: http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=258037 . I would love to have it but just not in the cards for me until I'm done with school.

Damn, I love those e30s. Just had the urge to sell my e36 and get me a sweet 5speed e30. Do you guys think my wife would be cool with me just keeping my e36 and buying a sweet 5 speed e30 or will I take a frying pan to the back of the head?

It's not the car you drive, it's how you drive it.
