It's definitely not OEM quality. The hardware is there, but the software on the D5113U leaves a lot to be desired. Controls and UI are terrible (IMO) and really need improvements. I can live with it, but wouldn't be surprised if others couldn't. Dang chinese should hire better programmers! I know they have them! If the D5150 fixes these issues it would definitely be worth it, especially considering what you pay for. Dynavin's can easily break $1k with accessories: http://jandtdistributing.com/dynavin...-e46-3-series/

A few of us have the D5113U. I have it installed and can post pics after work, but there are plenty of them on the internet - it really looks OEM.

Interesting indeed, the price is pretty good also. If this is the newer version shouldn't it be more? It's weird that is $100+ cheaper. I really want Nav but the glitchy software and the bad glare of the screen are some issues that bug me.

Technically the D5150 is more expensive (+$100). However, it's being sold at a 49% off sale versus 25% (D5113) - see my Eonon links for full details. The D5150 is confirmed as an upgrade to the 5113.

Yes, glare sucks but there are anti-glare protectors... Glitchy software is the killer.

Ohhhh, I see that they replaced the "Band" button with the Home button.

Now whenever we want to listen to the radio we have to find a soft key or switch through the modes!? ARGH. There should always be hard radio and nav buttons

Yeah, think they rolled their own. Looks like they even have different nav software. Side note: my Dynavin is still dead.

Differences between the two Eonon's can be found here... Even though it says the new unit (5150) has an ARMs processor it's still listed as a SIRF V 500 MHZ so I'm not sure how reliable the info is*:

    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...Xc&usp=sharing

    Green is considered an advantage
    Red a disadvantage
Yellow a difference but no real advantage/disadvantage

Of course comments are mine and it doesn't take into account the software: it only lists hardware specs.

*Both units do indeed have the 500 MHZ processor, but this is for the nav portion of the unit only - this is always ran with WinCE. The rest of the functions run off of the ARMS11 processor off of WinCE 6.0 (or android).
