In the market for an E90 M3
I love the wood trim in more of a luxury car, and I do love light birch in general, but it just doesn't feel right in the ZHP to me. Doesn't say "sports car" as much as it says "luxury car". The anthracite does look awesome, though.
I LOVE NB, though. Some day... I will have an M3 in either Mystic Blue or Sparkling Graphic with Natural Brown leather. Some day.

My IR came with wood trim. One of the POs replaced the cube trim for some reason. In the beginning of my ownership, it was on my to-do list: buy cube trim and install.
Four months later, I like wood trim and the idea has gone to the back burner.
Anthracite would be awesome. The Light Birch w/ NB looks pretty darn good, though. Either one looks custom, though to anyone not used to seeing it so does cube trim.
Standard Dark Myrtle, not so much. Too common, and personally the only color interior I like it on is Sand Beige. Gray or Black non-ZHP's interiors should have come with Anthracite. But, I guess the standard dark wood was a sign of the times. Looking very dated to me now.
Having had a 325 with Myrtle for a number of years before getting the ZHP w/ Black Cube, I'm really happy with the sportier look of the cube. But, I can see how one might want to freshen things up after living with it for a while.

ECS tuning says they have the birch trim set, and doesn't seem too pricy. If I get that I might sell the black cube. I also have an M3 so making the ZHP more on the Sport-Luxury side.
Really!? That's a solid price! All the e46 stuff is being liquidated I guess.

Not necessarily; the regular wood trim is far more money, and the silver/black cube sets have been in the mid 400's for a while now. Standard aluminum trim is still in the 500's.
Or, maybe you're right, and these are the "liquidated" prices. lol
They were a lot more expensive, and still are, from the dealer even now...
