**Update**
So Tommy has authorized to swap out my defective unit.He gave me 2 options. 1) Send my unit back to him with original packaging or 2) Send a $400 deposit and have them ship the replacement unit to me so I don't have to wait and I can use that packaging to ship my defective unit back to them. Once they receive my unit they will refund the $400. I went with option #2 as I don't have original packaging and I would be responsible for the unit if any damage occurred. Hopefully I'll be able to install the replacement within a week or two. (heavy sigh)
