I was picking my daughter up from gymnastics tonight and caught a glimpse of that while walking back to the car.
Turns out the fog fell back inside the housing. Seems that when they painted the bumper, they never replaced the small bolt that holds the light there.
She's all back together now- with a bolt this time.
Just wanted to share the pic so you could all have the same reaction I did.
