Someone on E46f did a test on intake temps and the temps at full throttle from 60mph or something dropped by ~10* because of these intakes.

Well actually ...... there is a nasa windtunel in Hampton across from the local nascar track.Too bad you can't prove these on a dyno unless you were in a NASA Wind Tunnel. I'm sure you'll feel a difference at WOT

I was looking on the AFE website for this and it didn't show up for non-M cars, did you adapt an M3 DAS for your car or do you have an inside scoop on this new item? I like the idea of keeping the stock intake and increasing the airflow so this may be my next performance mod.
