I'm static as I get to enjoy the car a bit more, but sorry to have wasted your time - My apologies.

After a late discussion witht my wife, we've agreed to postpone our house hunt until the spring. Which means the car can stay, at least for a few more months.

I'll be sure to post the car back on this site when the time comes and give priority to those parties who already showed interest.

I bought this car recently from a private party who bought the car in 2007 Certified Pre-Owned (CPO'd) from Hunterdon BMW.

The car runs flawlessly (happy to take it to a local dealer/shop for a PPI) and it is in excellent cosmetical condition (see attached pictures). It passed NJ DMV Inspection last month at the Edison NJ DMV facility w/o issue.

Carfax reports one rear-end accident in Septermber 2006 at ~32,000 miles.
The car was fixed during the last week of Sep '06 at The Dalessio Body Shop in Boonton, NJ
It was then Certified Pre-Owned (CPO'd) by Hunterdon BMW on February 2007 at 35,381 miles.

Other than a Black Kidney Gril, the car is bone stock.

Located in Edison, NJ - Local parties preferred.

Selling in preparation for the purchase of a bigger home.

No leins/Clear Title in-hand.

Yay! glad that you decided not to sell, for now. Hope you bring the car out to the track events in Sep and Oct.

I know, weird that I am happy for you considering that I myself am looking out to buy one. But I am on the same boat as you w.r.t the timing: decided to postpone my purchase until next year. So, can pick and choose and in the meantime, take my boat, err, my comfy 530xi, to the track at least once this year.
