    How do dead pedals install? do you have to drill ?

    Those M pedals are different than mine. You can drill with mine (it's really no biggie as it's through plastic) or you can just use something sticky to put them on (doable, but I prefer something more safe/solid). Those M ones, you take apart a few things, removing the original pedal, then it kinda fits in there with the plastic and mounts. Look on bimmian.com or other sites that have DIYs. I'm sure someone who's done it can provide more details, as I am commenting from things I've read on the M pedal, but not studied.

    Washburn, the dead pedal is a simple removal of two screws in the hood latch area, drop the steering wheel trim, slide the sill back and remove and replace, direct swap, no drilling. When I bought mine, I just looked at the new part, found the mounting holes and found my way through it. Straight forward and a huge improvement over the stock dead pedal.
