And Colby is a type of cheese. Mike's products are far from cheesy.

How much were the performance brakes, and where did you get them?

He bought the car with them.

You can get a full kit at ECS tuning that includes the brackets to mount them on the car. It costs a pretty penny though...
There are two kits, one with ECS 2-piece rotors (which is cheaper right now, surprisingly) and the OE kit.

    ECS rotors:

    OE Performance rotors:

It's not the car you drive, it's how you drive it.

Yeah they came with the car. Well worth the money though in my opinion. They feel amazing.

I bought that kit when it was $1200 at ECS a few years ago. They were nice, but I can tell you that they don't stand up to track use. They're great for the street though. I have a set of Wilwoods now, which definitely don't look as good as the Brembos did. My sig pic is from when I still had the Brembos, and it is one of my favorite pics partly because of those calipers.

Yeah I've heard they're not track friendly. When switching from my daily 330i to my zhp, braking is the first thing that's noticeably different. I swear you can feel/hear the holes in the rotors when braking

I can't see it on mobile!

I would like to have something bigger in the rear. Or at least something the same color. It looks a little weird having the painted ones upfront and the stock rusted ones in the rear. What does willwood offer for the rear?

Tried to get mine a toy from Turner - one of the strut bars on sale!

Doesn't fit over my technocraft intake manifold though (25% more volume than stock). Lol

    Oh well.
